These shoes are a Margiela staple. As so many now-iconic Margiela pieces, these have been introduced by Martin Margiela himself but they have remained a classic of the brand and are even today still reimagined.
This pair is an original one, which dates back to the time of Martin himself. They have an intentionally used look that matches the rugged silhouette perfectly. Both buckles are actually functional.
