Harnden began as a shoemaker in 1985 and expanded into clothing in 2000 with the help of designer Elena Dawson, who left the brand in 2006 and has since become celebrated in the niche. Renowned for his exceptional craftsmanship, Harnden employs centuries-old techniques that give his products both outstanding quality and a distinctive, antique aesthetic. All pieces are fully handmade in England and Scotland and designed in his studio in Brighton.
