This extremely rare shirt comes straight from the runway of Comme des Garcons Homme Plus' Spring Summer 2017 collection. It was featured in look 17.
It is from a collaboration with the estate of Piero Fornasetti, a famous Italian designer of the 20th century who is today mainly known for his candles and plates. A trademark of his designs is the incorporation of an androgynous woman's face in countless variations which can also be seen on this shirt. Adding to that, there is also often a certain surreal element to his objects and designs, reminiscent of famous Italian artists like Giorgio de Chirico. This look is paired with the classic Comme des Garcons red dot pattern, which creates a new and unique look.
Pieces from this collaboration are extremely rare and sought-after by collectors.
