Carol Christian Poell, who was born in Austria in 1966, lives and works in Milan, where he started his clothing brand in 1995. He does not work within the classic fashion cycle but rather produces and shows when he feels like it. Poell, who has developed a cult following around himself, is widely considered one of the most important and influential designers in the avant-garde and artisanal fashion world. Especially his use of leather and tailoring are revolutionary and highly desired among collectors. 

This shirt is one of his most iconic designs, the so-called dead-end shirt from his male 2010 collection. It is very rare, especially in black. The individual Poell code of this piece is CM/2612 ROH/10. This shirt still comes with its original metal tag and a CCP rice bag.
