This blue jacket from Comme des Garcons Homme Plus is a three-button blazer with two flap pockets and one chest pocket up front. It features wide lapels as well as a long and straight fit. A subtle but incredible detail is the complex construction of the jacket at the back which gives it a totally unique look. As usual, the quality of the blazer is extraordinary which can be seen in details like the hand-sewn neck. 

The blazer was produced in 1995 and was very likely part of the Spring Summer 1996 collection.
