This pair of trousers is from Junya Watanabe's longstanding collaboration with Levi's. The collaboration has been going on for more than 20 years now and has produced some of the designers most iconic designs. Watanabe, who likes to rethink classic workwear garments, has numerous collaborations with brands famous for their durable clothing. Among them are Carhartt, the North Face and last but not least Levi's.

This specific piece is from Junya Watanabe's Fall Winter 2003/2004 collection. It is a simple 5-pocket black wool trouser with a rather wide and slightly cropped fit. As an additional detail and homage to the iconic red Levis tag, it features a red belt loop detail.
