This beautiful pair of denim is from Junya Watanabe's Fall Winter 2014/2015 collection which featured a lot of tartan prints, especially as patches on trousers. However, this classic pattern has already been a staple in Comme des Garcons collections for decades and has been interpreted in a new way over and over again. 

In this case, a classic pair of raw denim work jeans is combined with two rather playful and colorful tartan patches at the front, creating an interesting contrast. As a nice extra detail, the pants feature Comme des Garcons Junya Watanabe branded buttons. As usual with all Junya pieces, the quality is truly exceptional.
