This stunning shirt is from Comme des Garçons Homme Plus Evergreen. This subline was introduced in 2005, and since discontinued, consisting of favorite pieces from past collections that have been re-issued, sometimes with slight design alterations. Evergreen pieces are quite rare and highly desirable among collectors. 

This specific shirt may look simple at first sight, however, it has a very unusual fit as the back is longer than the front. Adding to that, it has a very complex construction at the front which is very hard to capture in pictures.

Tailoring in general and especially shirts have always been a field for experimentation for Comme des Garcons and sophisticated shirt designs, like this one, are a staple in Cdg collections.
