This stunning piece is from Comme des Garcons Homme Plus Spring Summer 2012 and it was featured on the runway as a double-breasted version (look 36). It is one of the most spectacular Comme pieces of all time. This is mainly due to the unbelievable level of craftsmanship that went into creating the flower pattern which is completely woven and not printed. The motive of normally happy and colorful flowers, often found in Comme des Garcons pieces, contrast beautifully with the black color of the coat. This creates a surreal effect with the lining shimmering through the black flowers from time to time. Adding to that, the coat is in basically brand-new condition and in a very desirable size.
